If I had to rank the Top Port Credit Condos based on location, design, amenities and finishes; Northshore would be at the Top of my list followed by The Regatta.  80 Port Street would be a fair Third, then 70 Port Street (FRAM’s Fourth Phase, currently no units are available) and finally Port Elaine Place (50 Port Street).  I would Describe Northshore and The Regatta as Luxury buildings, 80 Port Street as Upscale, 70 Port Street as Stylish and 50 Port Street as Boutique but Average.  See Details Below.
